Returns

Please do not contact us via social media for exchanges. Our social media team is separate from our customer support team.
We are pleased to accept timely exchanges of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items with original tags on the product within 10 days from the date you received your order.*
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the original packaging, including; any garment bags, TAGS and other signature packaging materials.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage to be eligible for a refund. For more details, please refer to the section below under “Damaged Items.”
*NOMADICACLOTHING.com reserves the right to reject exchanges that are sent or communicated outside of the exchange period limit; items which are not in the same condition in which they were received; or exchange parcels that incur duty.
We lovingly prepare and carefully package each order. Once your parcel leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the courier. Nomadica is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Should an issue arise during transit, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.
 
Exclusions
  • Customized items are final sale.
  • Customized sizing (all items outside our standard size which is S/M) are final sale.
  • Items received as an exchange are final sale.
  • Item arrived in damaged packaging (damaged by courier)
  • Minor imperfections, including natural fabric variations or small pulls or micro-tears around tags or that are barely visible.
    These can occur due to the delicate nature of our materials and are not considered defects.
    Nomadica is a slow fashion brand working with raw, natural textiles. These subtle irregularities are part of the handmade process. We appreciate your understanding and support as we shift from fast fashion perfectionism to sustainable, intentional, and artisanal craftsmanship.


Refunds & Shipping Cost
Once the returned items has arrived with us in its original condition, we will initiate a refund for the garment only. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
– your original method of payment or
– ship you the Garment of exchange ( we do not cover shipping costs for exchange garments unless your garment has been damaged)
If the item is faulty or damaged we won’t be able to issue you a refund so please make sure it returns in its original condition.

How do I set up an Return?

Please forward your confirmation email to befree@nomadicaclothing.com with the subject “Start a Return” and your order number in the subject line. Please include the item you are returning, the reason and your method of return (garment or refund) in the body of the email.

How long do I have to make an exchange?

All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt, damaged items must be reported with documentation within 3 days of receipt. Please, make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.  

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We apologize if your item arrived faulty. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please respond to your order email with the subject line “Start a Return & Damaged”, including your order number.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Nomadica is not responsible items that arrive damaged through courier in damaged packaging.

MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS

If you have made an error in your order, or wish to cancel, please email befree@nomadicaclothing.com within 24 hours so we can inform our team of the requested changes. We are not able to oblige modification / cancellation requests after your order has been shipped.
