Thanks for shopping at NOMADICA CLOTHING. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 10 days of delivery.

  • Customized items, custom sizing (outside S/M), exchanged items, and items received in damaged courier packaging are final sale.

  • Please do not contact us via social media for exchanges — email support only.

How to Start a Return/Exchange
Forward your order confirmation email to befree@nomadicaclothing.com with subject line:

  • “Start a Return” (include order number, item, reason, and refund/exchange preference)

  • For damaged items: “Start a Return & Damaged” + photos of the full garment and damage.

Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligible for refund or exchange once photos are reviewed.

  • Nomadica is not responsible for items that arrive damaged through courier in damaged packaging. For issues during transit, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

REFUNDS

  • Once items are received and approved in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, we do not cover return or re-shipping costs unless the garment was damaged on arrival.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS

Email befree@nomadicaclothing.com within 24 hours to request a change or cancellation. After shipping, we cannot modify or cancel your order.

Subtle irregularities such as fabric variations, tiny pulls, or micro-tears near tags are part of the handmade process and not considered defects. These details carry the beauty of imperfection and the story of the maker’s hand. We invite you to embrace them as part of shifting away from fast-fashion perfectionism into a more sustainable, intentional, and soulful relationship with clothing.
