All USA & IN STOCK orders are shipped with USPS.
ALL INTERNATIONAL & PRE-ORDER orders are shipped with DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY
IN-STOCK (USA Orders)
Ships from our USA warehouse within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery: 2–4 business days.
PRE-ORDER & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Ships from our production studio in India within 10 business days. Typical delivery: 5–7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. After dispatch, please contact the courier directly for any shipping inquiries. We do not guarantee delivery times.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers may contact DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly with their tracking number for assistance. Any claims for compensation must be filed by the receiver.

Please note: International orders must be $140 or more. While we would love to offer international shipping on all orders, we absorb a significant portion of the shipping cost and are only able to ship larger orders at this time.
DUTY & CUSTOMS
Most styles ship from our USA warehouse. Pre-orders ship from our production studio in India. Any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are paid directly to the courier, who will notify you by text with payment details. If duties are unpaid, the courier will return the package to us. We’re happy to re-ship, but a $25 USD re-shipping fee will apply.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Changes can be made to your order before it ships. Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel your order. Please double-check your email, phone number, and delivery address before submitting. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
